Swallowing without chewing (sortalol)

My 9 mo old is a BLW'r, shes always chewed great. The past few weeks she gulps mostly, and it seems like she isn't chewing, seems like... she looks like she chews, I've been emphasizing chewing to her, but it still happens. No changes in the way we prep her food. It's almost like shes gulping air at the same time.

When I brought it up with her doc she just kinda took notes and that was that. I've posted this before and some said maybe a tongue tie, (she has a lip tie), but doc didnt look or acknowledge me. She tends to brush people off so idk wtf she is a doc for 😤.

Its scaring me and I dislike her eating with our families because zhes distracted more and I wanna be able to make sure zhes FOCUSING on her food not what's around her.

Which MIL thinks I'm ridiculous. 😤.

HaS ANYONE have this happen? If it is a tongue tie, what is done about it. How can I make sure zhes eating correctly. Idk what to do now.
