Glucose Test Results

I took the 1 hour test this morning. Prior to the test I had two hard boiled eggs and a couple of pieces of cheese. These were my results- they’re reading below the normal range. I know my doctor will call me tomorrow with the results as well, but any insight?

82 mg/dL

Reference Range:95 mg/dL - 139 mg/dL

It also seems some of my other test results, that could point to anemia, were low. At least from my Google research :) now I’m freaking out a little bit.
