Laughing gas while pregnant?

I just had 3 teeth pulled today (they were impacted wisdom teeth and had to go due to infection, and a healthy mouth = a healthy baby!) and I don’t numb like normal people do. It takes A LOT to get me numb. They ended up needing to do nitrous oxide, (my OB okayed it, and they stated it was safe) I had it on for about 10 minutes. I came home and googled everything I got done today because that’s how I am... well I’m now reading that pregnant women should stay far away from it!!! WTF!!! Now I am so worried. We tried so hard for this baby I will be absolutely devastated if I caused harm to my baby. Has anyone else had it while pregnant?
