Any Young Living Mamas?

Question

I’ve been avoiding putting any essential oils directly on my body just out of caution now that I’m pregnant. But I’m wondering about their mineral sunscreen - anyone use this while pregnant? I’d like to use it but know it does have some essential oils in it.

Essential oils just haven’t been tested during pregnancy so there’s just not a lot of info on them. So some are just cautious and don’t use them at all. Personally I’d rather use them than a lot of other products at the store with worse chemicals and fake fragrances. You could do a small area and see how you react to it. I’ve never had any issues with any of my oils or products in my house containing oils. But just bc I don’t have an issue doesn’t mean another person can’t. So if your skin seems irritated or you feel like it causes cramps or anything then don’t use. I think it’ll be ok though 😊

I use doterra- They’re pretty similar. I don’t use a sunscreen through them but I do use oils daily - I avoided a bunch in my first pregnancy but not really avoiding much this time around and everything is going great. I’m sorry I can’t answer your question. Maybe look up its ingredients online and see what you find?
