My work has slowly been rostering me against my availability. The latest roster has just gone completely against it. Now I haven’t said anything because they are mean people who own the place. If you’re on their good side, they treat you good, if you’re on their bad side, they treat you awful. I’m scared if I message them and say something about it, they will be rude to me but I really want too. What’s the point of having availability’s if they’re just going to go against it?

Start looking for a new job. If you have an HR or something, try going there. But I’d look for somewhere else to work. I don’t really care if people are rude to me because fuck them if they are, but if it creates a toxic environment for you, then I can understand not wanting to. I’d maybe just ask if there’s a reason they schedule me outside of my hours of availability.

Hey_______, not sure if this was a mistake or what but this doesn't really work with the availability that I had given you guys when I started working here. I was wondering how we could get this resolved.
