Anyone else irritable?

So sorry for the long post but just have reached my limit with my husband. My DH is a loving, generous, and good daddy already, but he procrastinates so much! We bought a fixer upper house and basically have it done besides a bathroom that is a wreck. It is dangerous and messy. I and his family has asked him if he can get the floor up, my family is willing to finish it. Which includes tiling, plumbing, putting a cabinet in, etc. It has almost been a year. I asked him tonight if he could take an hour from him playing his video game to get the floor up and I would clean the dust before our boy comes. I will be 38 weeks this weekend and have been trying to get everything ready. Am I wrong to be upset that he seemed irritated that I asked him to do this? Thanks ladies for letting me rant.

Update: Thanks ladies for your support and suggestions. I want him to have his relaxing time but with the bathroom being dangerous for our little one was mostly why I was upset. He came in and told me he was being a jerk and he would do it this weekend since he is not working. I also told him if his friends came to help, I would make them food and they could hang out for one last hurrah before our little guy is here by csection on the 8th. Thanks again ladies!
