Did anyone have this before a positive pregnancy test?

My period is not due for another 2 days, must add I don’t know my real cycle length as I only got my periods back in may after getting the implant removed in January this year never had any periods for 5 years on the implant , yeah I know long time to wait for a period to show but any how, got my first period may 5th again 24 days later may 29th till June 2nd. But I have been waking up in the middle of the night for the past 3-4 night with intense heartburn and have Been constipated the last few days too? I have other symptoms but they could all be pms even doh I never get any pms symptoms ever so I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ here’s my calendar and I didn’t do tracking been busy with new job
