Debating on getting a used car from Hertz or CarMax! Someone help me!

Ok so me and my fiancée have 2 kids & we really need a more stable and newer car that’s good on gas, I was thinking of getting the 2016 Chevy Malibu and I happened to see it in CarMax and hertz

I was really considering hertz over CarMax because the price is soooo much lower and the payments.

Now my thing is I don’t know if hertz screws over their customers, I just want a good car and i don’t know much about hertz.

What do you guys think? What would be a better idea? What was your guys experience?
