Question for New Moms and Moms that already have kids

So I had some loose bowels last night followed by cramping I was thinking it could just be poop pains...so all throughout the night I was uncomfortable especially with rolling over and the cramps still continued. So this morning I go to use the restroom it’s a lot of pressure on my pelvis and now I have light pink discharge only when I wipe though I’m 37 weeks & 1 Day

This happened to anyone else or should I call my midwife
