Always have a BBT dip day before O!?

Hi ladies, i wonder if you can help! I’m a veteran BBT taker (ttc baby #1 for 9 months) but I always have the same pattern - bbt drop then opk positive the next day (cd13) always! I have a general thermal shift but it takes a few days after ovulation to stay up. Any thoughts ladies!!? 🙈😳 x ps you’ll also see I get light spotting on and off from about 8 to 10 dpo!

Have you talked to your obgyn? I would and see if they’ll test your progesterone 7 days after positive OPK. I think you might not be producing enough progesterone to support your luteal phase. My obgyn tested mine after four cycles of a short luteal phase with spotting like this. Good luck!

Your chart looks normal to me. You can see that things go wrong at implantation but that’s like most of us the egg doesn’t implant. I don’t think you have a progesterone issue because generally temps in your lutheal phase stay quite low and your chat has an obvious thermal shift. The spotting from 9DPO is interesting though...I’d ask a doctor about that one.
