Need someone to talk to

I need someone to talk to I have no one! well, I'm 19 years old I don't know why all of a sudden my bf wants a baby he even wants to get our own place now and he really wants a baby to the point he is really sad about it it looks like he even changed like if he matured more, I feel like he's a different person I don't know why he just talks about wanting a baby, I'm so sad I want to cry I just wish things could go back how they used to be I'm not ready just yet but I love him and he understands if I'm not ready but he gets really sad. I just don't know what to do I feel like I'm talking to a different person.
