Nose piercing infection?

I have had my nose pie

rced for about 5 weeks now but I noticed this bumb today. I'm not sure if it is infected or dead skin or if it is a spot. 
What do I do to fix it please ?

Not an infection. I work at a professional body piercing studio. 
Looks just irritated. The coloration is fine, it's not red or really discolored. 
It's called an irritation bump which can be caused by accidently snagging it, sleeping on it, any movement on the jewelry, etc. 
Do sterile saline soaks or compresses twice at opposite ends of the day. You can get sterile wound wash at like CVS. 
Don't use anything like your regular face wash, peroxides, tea tree oil essentially oils, etc. No matter how much you can dilute them, they're way too potent. 
Make sure the jewelry is implant grade (same material as collorbone bars and hip replacements that are literally made to be inside the body) and not something frkm Claires or the mall or sterling silver which oxidizes/reacts when in contact with oxygen and the pH levels. 
Be patient and careful. They can last a few days, weeks or months. 
And dont switch it out to a ring until it's not irritated and healed up more. Ri gs have higher movement which can cause more irritation.

Look up no pull piercing discs.  They’re for getting rid of these little bumps and they work great

Here what I looks like now it's not a big but red but may be because it has fallen out s few times and I've had to re pierce the inside
