bleeding and cramping after pap

8 weeks 3 days pregnant, had my first ob appt today and got a pap smear. 7 hours later having some red blood mixed with cervical mucus when i wipe, small clots go in the toilet whenever i pee.... mild cramping... the doctor had warned me it could happen but im still losing my mind!! does this sound normal
