I’m tired of being the single one all the time

This is gonna sound so bad but I honestly just want to change myself so bad. Like my personality and my looks. Literally no one finds me attractive or makes an effort to show any sort of affection. All of my friends are in cute relationships while I’m just here patiently waiting for my turn. But I’m so done waiting, I’m so done feeling like no guy will ever like me. So I just want some help on how to make myself more attractive personality wise. Any tips help please!!
