I woke up hungry and to go pee and the second I got into the bathroom I had a really painful stab in my right side of my stomach. I'm 28 weeks but the baby just recently hit a growth spurt

I usually get round ligament pain if I get up too fast so it’s likely that’s what it is. It feels like a strain and sometimes it’s a quick sharp pain that ends with a little soreness and it’s gone.
