9 months pp and my scar still hurts and looks like this

I think hair is growing on or around it. It hurts during the day but so much when I'm holding my baby and he's jumping or kicking on me. I don't know what to do because I can't go to the hospital because I just started a full time job in a new country. I don't have a doctor yet. I need tips or advice please
