My boyfriend saw “a shadow”

My boyfriend told me the other night when I wasn’t sleeping over, he walked into his dark room and saw a shadow in the shape of a man, but the man only came up to his chin, then the shadow walked through him and disappeared. I kept telling him he was probably just half asleep or was seeing things but he told me he saw it plain as day and knows what he saw... aaaand now I’m kind of freaked out to go over there 🙃
