Blood pressure question

I went outside to get some photography props I had set up, which really wasn’t much work, but when I came back inside my chest felt odd, so I checked my blood pressure and it was 114 sys, 79 diastolic, and my heart rate was 147 and irregular?

Also my diastolic has been between 54 and 56 every morning and I feel exhausted when I wake up as if I had ran the previous day and was just exhausted from it (I have not ran at all so I’m confused why I feel so tired and aching all the time) (I have anxiety, depression, bulimia, and grieving the death of my fiancé.)

My chest has felt odd since my fiancé died.

I ALREADY see a therapist for all my issues. I’m just concerned about my blood pressure

I’ve heard about diastolic heart failure but I wasn’t sure the symptoms. I’ve also heart of broken heart syndrome. I’m just tired of feeling like this.

My heart rate is normally 70-90
