Should I be angry

My man left me last week because he can't cope with the relationship. I love this man so much, he's asking for space but I can't help but think it's completely over and I am absolutely devastated. I am currently pregnant with our rainbow baby after 8 miscarriages and 3 years of trying. Wtf do I do. I can't help but message him and call him and ask him to come back. Now he said he wants me to stop and give him space. I am broken
