Help? Anyone else?

I have severe pubic bone pain. I'm 24 weeks and I think I have spd but everytime I bring it up to my doc they say it's just round ligament pain but it's so much worse than that. I feel as though they are dismissing me and my pain and since they wont diagnose me I cant get the proper treatment. What should I do?

I really feel for u lady’s I’m on baby5 I’m just 24 weeks an it’s my fourth time wit spd each pregnancy it has started earlier here’s some things I have learned over the years you need a belt a physiotherapist can help u get one that fits you right water sit in a warm bath pool when ever u can it takes the pressure off when moving out of a car or from bed or any position keep ur knees together an move slow so take a break after each movement try stay off ur feet as much as you can (hard I no ) get a pregnancy pillow the more firm the better an keep it between knees when trying to roll from side to side while sleeping an also make sure ur ob accesses you for delivery to make sure they won’t be over stretching ur legs I’m always induced about 38 weeks as at that stage I’m in constant pain an can barley walk so don’t let doctors or midwifes fob you off the pain from spd is worse than delivering a baby but keep ur heads up an keep thinking at the end all the pain is worth it to hold ur beautiful baby in your arms

I had this with my first from 34 weeks until delivery. It was so bad. I'm currently 25 weeks with baby number 2 and really hope I dont get it again but I think unfortunately if u have it once it's likely to occur again. I wish I could tell you I found something that helped. The chiropractor was the closest thing to helping but it wasnt 100%. This time I was thinking of trying kinesio tape for support. Me too girl. I’m 25 weeks, started around 22 weeks. Hurts to push/ touch and If I’m laying down and get up too fast it REALLY hurts. My OB said it was normal and to move slow and use a heating pad. Some days are worse than others. If I’m on my feet all day it seems to get worse. I feel ya!!
