Feeling clueless

Every appt my husband and I have gone to I have left feeling like they were rushing and just wanted to move on to the next. We had our anatomy scan 3 weeks ago and found out we are having a girl. I am thrilled beyond belief. We both are. However, I am so disappointed in the office we go to. I am a first time Mom so I am clueless when it comes to questions to ask or what to expect. They never told us if our daughter is measuring ahead/behind, no weight, have not measured me, nothing. They didn't even take my weight at the last appt. At first I thought maybe they didn't do that at the anatomy scan and now I'm seeing lots of posts here and hearing from friends that they all had this info given to them at the anatomy scan. So, long story short, is there anyone else here that knows nothing about their baby besides gender and heartbeat? Is this normal?
