Pushy MIL

My MIL is pushy! How would you respond?

I told her that if all goes well, I would like to simply breastfeed (no pumps, as I'm a SAHM, and no formula). I would hand express if needed.

Now she says I need bottles because baby needs to get used to the taste of water. I can keep winning arguments, but she'll just find other ways to push until she gets what she wants.

Her motive is because she is obsessed with wanting to feed her, and she's upset that I will be the sole food provider while she is visiting (when babe is either 2 or 3 months old).

Am I the only one who thinks this is weird? What would you do if you were me?
