Septum piercing help

Hi guys I have pierced my septum piercing for almost a year and its verry red, dry feeling , tight and bumpy see picture. Theres also a white ring. Is it infected or irritated? Since I feel a pressure verry strong on my nose bridge. It goes all the way up, from the infected place. Is this dangerous or should I let it in ? I do sometimes salt soak mostly u wash it with water since I think sea salt can cause dryness

I also feel like I cant breath sometimes verry well like I got some allergy.
