Methotrexate experience

Anyone have experience with methotrexate injection for ectopic? I had 2 injections on June 19 I bled that day but stopped and didn’t start bleeding again until 5 days later. Today it’s 11 days later and I’m still bleeding which I know is normal. I bled for 2 weeks with my last miscarriage. My question is should be passing clots or bleeding heavy? I feel I should I guess because I’m comparing to my last miscarriage but idk. I’ve only passed very small clots but not a lot, I’m also not bleeding very much either. I’d love to hear your experience.
