How to: Weaning off pacifier

My girl is 8 months old and getting her teeth in (yay teething ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¬ðŸ˜…). We are going to begin weaning her off of her pacifier, so I was curious how you did it. What worked for your baby, what didn't.. Go! 🙂 Thanks!
