strict parents

i’m currently talking to this guy (i’m 17, he’s 17)

he wants to take me on a date but he wants to be a gentlemen and meet my parents first

butttttt my parents are strict and don’t want me around any boys. i’m not even aloud to have guy friends😂

idk i’m 17 and going into my senior year of high school & i feel like i’m mature enough to handle grades, and a boy.. because i know that’s what they’re afraid of.

any advice? i want them to at least meet him
