Late Period/Pregnancy/Spotting

So I'm a few days late on my period my last period was may May 25 I was supposed to start again June 25 but it didn't came so basically I ain't had it this whole month we're going into July , & I took a pregnancy test it came out negative but wen I did so much research it says I was few days late & that I might be pregnant & that I had to wait a week from my missed period to take a test but I did 3 days after it came out negative now , I jus started bleeding but I can't tell if I'm spotting or if I started my period & I know wen I start I bleed heavy first but this was a lil light so I've did some searching againn they said that I could be spotting & it happens around the time wen you've missed a period which may includes pregnancy & may last long 10-14 days which a period last 3-5 or 5-7 days long so idk if I'm on my period or if I'm spotting & if I should take another pregnancy test🤦‍♀️ help me out
