I’m not sure

Okay so my boyfriend sells drugs and I’ve told him numerous times that I want him to stop because he could get into serious trouble considering he’s already on probation. I’ve told him to get his s* together or I’m leaving and he always uses the line “leave me like everyone else did” and when he says that I feel bad and continue to stay but I’m at my wits end and I don’t wanna do this anymore . How can I just tell him I don’t wanna be with him without him trying to manipulate me back into a relationship?
