Period started then stopped?

My period started this morning for about five minutes and then stopped. Like I bled when I went to the restroom and then I put on a pad and when I went to check in the pad it was clean. it’s been like 6 hours and it still hasn’t started again. I didn’t get cramps or anything but I’m depressed and I had a headache last night which are my usual pms symptoms. Is this normal?

(don’t know if it’s relevant but I’m a virgin so this doesn’t have anything to do with pregnancy)
