Period Cramps
Do any of you ladies have recommendations on how to ease very severe period cramps? I’ve always had them, birth control helped me but I’m NOT trying to go back on due to the way it makes me feel and I’m trying to get pregnant! I have cystic ovaries as well but I can tell the difference in the pain.
