How far along were you when you told family and friends you’re expecting?

We just found out we are expecting baby #3 and my husband wants to wait a while before we tell anyone. I think this may have something to do with our first pregnancy ending in miscarriage, which none of our family knows about. But really, if something did happen I would be okay sharing that with my family to have some extra love and support.

My question is, did you wait to tell people or did you let everyone know as soon as you did?
