Normal pain?

Im getting lower abdomen pain with a shooting vaginal pain it comes and goes but lasts a little while and it’s more than just discomfort. I was having too and middle pain Thursday thru yesterday and now its the lower with vaginal pain. I’m currently 22 weeks is this normal? My ob is on vacation till the Monday after the fourth not sure if it’s ER or not, Or if it’s just call worthy.
