The day before I left for Las Vegas my period was 2 days late. I felt crampy so I figured my period was coming. I took a pregnancy test just in case before I started drinking and to my surprise it was positive. My husband and I were so excited. As much as I did not want to tell people too early,

our vacation was for my brother and his fiance's bachelor/bachelorette party so our entire immediate family was there. We told my parents and my other brother the news. We kept it from my brother getting married because we didn't want to take away from this vacation being about them. The day of the bachelorette/bachelor party I started bleeding and cramping. I spent the entire day in the hospital and we were absolutely devastated. Once I got back home I got my blood drawn and waiting to hear back from my doctor later today. We are hoping to start trying soon. Did your doctor make you wait to try again? I've heard of people getting pregnant shortly after miscarriages and the baby being perfectly healthy. I'm hoping there will be some light at the end of the tunnel.
