This is my first baby, I’m 14+3 and was a size 4 beforehand, is this too small?

with your first baby alot of people dont start showing until they're much later  even not until the 3rd trimester. it's all normal

i didn’t show until 5 months. yes, 20 weeks! even then, i could get away with looking like i just had a big meal. you’ll get there! trust me.. i couldn’t wait to show. you literally do pop overnight, eventually! so long as you’re taking your vitamins and eating right (which you will know and FEEL), you have nothing to worry about! if not, i suggest drinking ensure to gain healthy weight. 
baby is still soooooooo small and very low. not even around your stomach area tbh lol! my obgyn helped explain that to me. if you get ultrasounds right now, just notice how low the probe is!!! how faint the heartbeat may be until you find it!!! in pregnancy, don’t size yourself as too big or too small unless your doctor gives you a reason to. that’s just added stress that you don’t need. enjoy everyday! take lots of pictures so you can actually see the difference with the weeks:months.
