C-section scar opening?

I had a C-section almost eight weeks ago and I noticed this sore spot at the very end of it and it looks like it might be opening? The ridge at the end feels raised, like maybe a stitch from the inside is coming out? I have no idea. 😥 help?

The raised feeling may be a keloid developing. Ask your doctor when it would be safe to begin using vitamin e oil or a product like mederma

That may be the side that the stitches were tied off at, it usually feels slightly different... kinds like more scarring has formed under the skin
