Postpartum diet
I can’t seem to stop eating junk food. Pizza, Burger King, Starbucks etc. I haven’t been able to adjust to my life with a newborn so cooking is non existent right now. I want to eat right so I don’t end up gaining a ton of weight instead of slowly losing it postpartum.
How are you ladies managing?
I am breastfeeding baby so I know that’s supposed to help but I need to help figuring out a system that works and allows me to cook meals again.
