When should I tell my in-laws?

Longer story kinda short, I live with the in-laws for a few more months. Last time I was pregnant, I had an IUD pregnancy and miscarried. She's a nurse at the hospital next to my OB and kept going over there trying to get statistics/advice/early results and it stressed me out really bad. The OB is the best in our county and I want to go back but I really don't want her bugging them and making me the woman everyone is irritated by because of her. I really don't know how to handle this without hurting feelings. It's technically her first grandbaby (2 step-kids in the family) but TF?! I need make my first appointment but I'm scared because 1, the last time I never saw the baby on an ultrasound and 2 I don't want her trying to be that invasive again. Even my husband, who told her when I told him not to last time, said he wanted to wait until the second trimester because she went baby crazy. Advice?
