Going to the restroom

Ok I went in to the hospital for BH and they made me take an enema because they said my stomach was so tight I don’t remember if she said the tightness had anything to do with the BH.. anywho a few days later I still can’t go on my own so I call my doctor and he prescribed me stool softeners. I’ve been taking them regularly like he said and they are not working. I took another enema and I went. I don’t want to take another one but he did mention that if I had any problems I can take a fleet enema but I’ve already tooken two so I don’t want to take another. I was thinking of taking Miralax since it’s safe for pregnancy.. after I go to the restroom I was going to drink plenty of fluids, eat fiber to get my digestive end back on track. It’s been 3-4 days since I haven’t been to the restroom to poop and it’s annoying me that my stomach is so tight. I called again today to let him know the stool softener as weren’t working and I’ve been taking them for a good 2-3 days and the nurse said he was at the hospital and they would give me a call back when he comes back. Well now the office is closed and I can’t wait any longer I need to go because I know this isn’t healthy.. when I take stuff I can go, but on my own it seems like I’m having trouble idk why because i was fine a few weeks ago I went regularly.. I just keep eating and it adds on I know it’s building up and it scares me. So should I take the Miralax? It’s considered safe for pregnancy I’m 25 weeks
