Nuchal fold

I went to my appointment today as I am 11 weeks and two days. My ultrasound showed that the nuchal fold was out of range at 4 and that there is a high risk of Down syndrome or other genetic issues. Anyone else have this happen? I got my blood tests done, I’m waiting for the results and I have a meeting with the genetic counselor tomorrow morning. I’m just so overwhelmed. I will love my baby no matter what, but I just want to know if this is common? I’m only 25.
