3 day old eating more, pooping less?

So im breastfeeding my baby. He is 3 days old and the first 2 days he had the black tar poopy diapers and it was alott. Well today he's eaten more than he ever has, and has only pooped tiny amounts and has barely peed. Im a little worried

Breastfed babies can go a week without pooping and it’s considered normal!

It's normal for breastfed babies not to poop everyday but he should still be having a good amount of wet diapers, I would let his Dr know.

My hospital said general rule of thumb is 
1 day - 1 wet diaper
2 day - 2 wet diaper
etc until 6 day - 6 wet diaper
and its acceptable for one bowel movement per day...its the pee ones they look for

At this day in age he should have the same amount of spiked diapers for his age. 1 day old = 1 poop, 2 day = 2 poops, etc. As long as baby reaches that minimum there are no worries. :) my LO is 5 days old and poops at least 9x a day and in here wondering if that’s TOO much lol. What goes in must come out though.
