My boyfriend has gotten these on his leg now he has one on his him any ideas on what it might be it’s hard and Swollen around it and he says it hurts him ?

Looks like a bug bite. I would go to the doctor

Bug bite or hives.  The doctor can give you a steroid cream. Or you can try benadryl orally and topical cream.  It looks irritated..

My husband has this (not saying thats what it is but totally what it looks like) he still gets them. Its swollen from hair not breaking through the skin. He gets them a lot.

Bug bite, staph infection, seriously inflamed ingrown hair. It could be a lot of things. Use warm compresses to bring it to the surface but let a doctor see it before you start messing with it. They may advise you to leave it alone.
