Constipated 6 month old! TMI POOP PIC

My daughter is almost 7 months old and is constipated... I tried giving her apple puree, a little water, some gas drops, belly massages, bicycles with her legs, but it's always just a nugget here or there.... tonight I tried one of those Windy things and right after she pooped this much, but I'm quite sure she has more she can't get out.. what else can I do for her?? This is day 2, soon to be day 3 since it's almost midnight.
