Help!! Gross nose piercing!!!

I got my nose pierced about 3 weeks ago and slowly this bump started forming. I thought it was a pimple at first because puss was coming out periodically so I went to another piercer to get it looked at (the original piercer does not live anywhere near me). They told me it should go away within a week and to just keep cleaning it w/ saline... BUT I woke up this morning and this was the case (picture)... it’s been bleeding pretty bad and I just want to know is this normal for a new nose piercing?? I’ve only had it about 3 weeks but still, this just looks so gross to be normal.
