High LH and lactation during period

6/26/2019 I started my period, it was a lighter period than normal (usually I flood my tampons, even Ultra tampons, within a few hours). On the same day I started lactating, so much in fact that my 2 yo DD sitting on my lap resting on my chest made me leak all over my shirt. Later when I was showing my sister how weird it was that I was lactating again (stopped breastfeeding DD when she was 5 mo), I squirted the BM. I took a pregnancy test because lactating is not a period symptom and my period was extremely light compared to my normal flooding; it was negative. I also took an LH test, which was low, but the line was still there. Throughout my period the lactating decreased.

6/30/2019 My period was mixed with black and red blood and changed into spotting.

7/272019 I'm still spotting. I am still lactating, but my left breast has stopped. I took an LH test and it came "high". Not surge high, but it's a pretty dark line. Pictured below 👇👇

What the heck is happening to my body?

I had a tubal 5/31/2017 and as a result, I am on Progesterone 1Xdaily that I started approximately 3 months ago. I have contacted my doctor, but, they're at a loss until hormone blood work comes back.
