I want a c section

I suffer from anxiety and my family has a history of high blood pressure. All my sister have had c sections for this reason (complications during birth). I’m so terrified at the thought of not being able to choose to have a c section. Has anyone been able to choose to have a c section? I know that no one wants to get one but I would just feel at ease with this choose. Can I choose to get a c section or will the doctor not let me? I still have not gone to the doctor since I just found out i am pregnant!

It’s not just because I do not want to have the baby vaginally. I just get really anxious thinking about and I’m scared I will get a panic attacking which I get often. And the high blood pressure thing is scary as well. My sister tried to have her baby vaginally and she ended up needing an emergency c section because the baby had pooped in her stomach from stress
