I want to check myself into a mental home

I have a 2.5 yr old, 1.5 yr old, and 6 month old. I want to take my 6 month old with me and check myself into a mental home. I’m not okay. No one listens to me, no one helps me. I’m mentally and physically drained and want to be away from it all !!! I’m losing my mind and so completely overwhelmed I just want me and the baby and a nice long break !!! If I could I would check myself into a mental home right now but I’m scared of the consequences. I’m struggling beyond belief😓😓😓 I have no family to help me and my husband works all the time. Can’t afford daycare for the older two, I’m so very lost...
