Period 20 days late... bfn

Husband and I have been ttc #2 for 1.5 years. Had an early miscarriage about a year ago.

My period is almost always regular give maybe a 3-day variance either way so it feels unusual that I am now 20 days late. I’ve taken 3 at-home tests and all were negative. One 5 days after missed period, the next 11 days after, and the last 15 days after. I should note I had very light spotting 8 days after missed period - only noticed when I wiped after using the bathroom twice in the morning then no more. I’ve also had light cramping off and on and within the last two days breast tenderness.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Were you pregnant or just a freak late period?

Guess I need to make an appt for bloodwork?
