Confirmation of pregnancy Appointment Today

Today was scheduled to be my confirmation of pregnancy appointment. But instead, I walked into my obgyn office around all the other pregnant women to tell them there is no more baby. Saturday, I began to miscarry at work. I went home and the on call Dr. Told me to go to the er. I told her I felt like I was about to pass something. As soon as I got off the phone everything came out. This was my first pregnancy. My whole 5 and a half year marriage, I just knew I was infertile. That's something I am grateful to know. This really sucks.
