What would you do?

Samantha

We just got out of homelessness (December-April) and our church helped out with our deposit because we had no savings. We ran from an abusive family member.

We recently had a baby and I was so sick that my husband had to take off a week and a half of work because we also have a toddler. Now we’re $450 short on rent and the church won’t help us anymore and the state won’t help unless we have a court date for eviction, that almost happened last month, but he got paid just on time, but now with all our bills, we can’t do it... we have almost no food, but WIC renewed today so we have that. I lost 10 lb last week and I lost 3oz of milk per day (I’m almost exclusively pumping)

😭 we don’t know what to do, we don’t want to be homeless again, especially this time with 2 babies (our son is 14 months)

My doctor has me on a paleo diet because I’m severely anemic and ever since, we’ve spent so much less on groceries and we decided to switch all of us... buying fresh from the farmers market is much cheaper than packaged foods at the supermarket.

I’m willing to do pretty much anything for money barring sex, and I just wish I wasn’t so severely anemic because I would totally take an overnight shift at the Tyson plant here.
