Oh the misery...
Does anyone have remedies for a dry nose at night?? I already sleep with a humidifier next to my bed and I use a saline mist. My poor nose and sinuses get dry and then I end up breathing through my mouth and my mouth gets dry and I feel like a crusty corpse waking up. I get horrid sinus headaches and bloody noses. I’ve asked my doctor and he just shrugs and tells me to keep doing what I’m doing 😞 I’m in hell!!
